Oracle ERP Practice Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud ERP Practice Manager to join our team at Oracle Contractors. As a key member of our Consulting Team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of consultants, managing project delivery, and driving growth in our Oracle ERP Cloud practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project delivery, including stream lead/solution architect/program manager roles.
  • Own the methodology and Business Operating Manual for your area, ensuring maintenance of all documentation, templates, and tooling.
  • Contribute to the development of approved products and influence client stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Forge strategic relationships within Oracle to elevate our reputation and provide value for Oracle, the client, and us.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP Practice Lead or similar role.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience of responding to ITT/RFPs.
  • Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of Oracle ERP Cloud in at least four of the following areas: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, Tax, Fixed Assets.
  • Emotionally intelligent and compassionate leader who encourages a culture in which every team member can thrive.

We are looking for a strong, experienced Oracle professional who has either led ERP Cloud consulting experience to drive growth and excellence in this expanding area of our business.
