Sales Administration Analyst

UPS is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and administratively monitoring the region's commercial activities, with a specific focus on FSA.
Main Responsibilities:- Commercial Policies
Administrative management of commercial policy Wholesalers, Groups and pharmacies by country- Analysis and proposal of discount levels based on history
- Calculation of the financial impact and reporting
- Calculation of provisions
- Operational monitoring of the implementation of the commercial policy: Document management (prices, promotions, letters, etc.), internal and external communication
- Management of communications flows with the various partners: disputes, complaints, payments, etc.
- Calculation of monthly price differences and credit requests
- Sales Force
Administrative monitoring of external sales forces- Workforce monitoring and financial reporting
- Calculation of annual bonuses and incentives
- Calculation of annual costs, implementation and monitoring of provisions
- KPI Analysis
Edition of commercial activity monitoring tables based on defined KPIs, such as:- Monitoring sales force activity
- Monitoring of the commercial budget
- Monitoring of point of sale events
- Sales Administration
Sales Administration for the whole region- Drafting and monitoring of FSA purchase requests
- Participation in the organization of seminars
- Continuous Improvement
Improvement and simplification- Force of proposal on changes and improvements to be implemented in order to secure / improve / strengthen / simplify processes
- Significant experience in the administrative monitoring of commercial activities
- Ability to collaborate, internally and externally
- Comfortable with numbers and very good command of Excel
- Organized and structured
- Fluent in French and English
