Platform and Infrastructure Engineering Studies - Armed Ship Fitting Engineer

Your Role:

As the Responsible for Armed Ship Fitting on Submarines, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of all onboard systems and equipment. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and managing the technical aspects of fitting studies for complete submarines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the execution of comprehensive fitting studies for submarines, encompassing all aspects of onboard systems and equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to established standards and best practices throughout the fitting process.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, project managers, and procurement specialists, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to submarine construction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in submarine fitting or a similar role within the naval industry.
  • Strong understanding of shipbuilding principles, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as 3DExperience, is essential.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
