Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Services Advisor to join our team in Ronchin. As a Technical Services Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting audits, expertise, commissioning, and writing technical reports. You will also manage a portfolio of commercial opportunities, maintain and track the installed base of our equipment, and provide technical support to the sales force.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical audits and expertise to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment
- Commission and test our equipment to ensure it meets the required standards
- Write detailed technical reports to document the findings and recommendations
- Manage a portfolio of commercial opportunities to identify new business prospects
- Maintain and track the installed base of our equipment to ensure timely maintenance and repairs
- Provide technical support to the sales force to ensure they have the necessary information to close deals
- Ensure price quotations and transfer pricing are accurate and compliant
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in industrial experience, technical pricing, expertise, and audit techniques. You will also need to have strong written communication skills and be fluent in English. Additionally, you will need to have analytical thinking and synthesis abilities, as well as strong customer relationship skills in a multicultural environment.
