Company Overview:

- They are specialists in designing and implementing vital power supply and electrification systems to address future mobility challenges.
Role Overview:
- Develop and maintain adherence to the master schedule.
- Create detailed daily work plans aligned with the master schedule.
- Report essential project metrics to internal teams and clients.
- Facilitate project coordination with various stakeholders.
- Manage spatial-temporal interfaces and lead interface meetings.
- Act as the operational liaison for RC2 with other parties involved.
- Incorporate interfaces into the schedule and provide summaries.
- Oversee line configuration throughout each work phase.
- Track production progress using operational data.
- Organize functional and organizational project interfaces.
- Schedule partial receptions, project completions, and issue resolutions.
- Mobilize required personnel within the approved project budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in the railway industry is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach, accountability, and strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in relevant software tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
