Job Summary
The Ministère de l'Économie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its team as a Food Safety and Quality Control Specialist. This role will be part of the DGDDI (DG-COMINT2) department, which is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of food products in France.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new tools and methods to support food safety and quality control efforts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide technical expertise and support to food control services
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. food science, regulatory affairs)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food safety and quality control
- Strong knowledge of EU and French regulations related to food safety and quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
