Job Summary
We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to work on the development of acoustic imaging techniques for industrial applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the state-of-the-art in acoustic imaging, with a focus on overcoming the challenges associated with imaging through metal walls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough review of existing literature on acoustic imaging techniques and their applications in industrial settings.
- Develop and implement novel methods for overcoming the challenges associated with imaging through metal walls, including the development of new algorithms and experimental setups.
- Collaborate with the research team to design and conduct experiments to validate the effectiveness of the new methods.
- Publish the results of the research in reputable scientific journals and/or file patents.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Acoustics or a related field.
- Strong background in acoustic imaging and propagation.
- Excellent research and development skills, with a proven track record of advancing the state-of-the-art in acoustic imaging.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
