Program Office Manager

At Edenred, we're looking for a skilled Program Office Manager to join our team. As a Program Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the top managers of the program in creating and animating the work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to program top-managers and assist with project planning, weekly reviews, retrospectives, and other project-related meetings.
  • Coordinate office management, including facility management, IT support, and device procurement.
  • Manage resources, including onboarding and offboarding processes, resource planning, and tool licenses.
  • Participate in punctual missions, such as building internal communication, setting up team building activities, and establishing new processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of project management principles and general knowledge of project management software.
  • Ability to work with colleagues from different departments and coordinate team members to fit project directives.
  • Fluency in French and English; other languages appreciated.
