Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and strategize the operations of the finance division.
  2. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions, including inventory, payroll, and retirement plans.
  3. Optimize the utilization of all personnel to align with operational plans and timelines dictated by business needs.
  4. Adapt work schedules to meet the informational requirements of the business within specified timeframes.
  5. Prepare year-end documentation continuously throughout the year as part of the monthly closing process, encompassing audit, taxation, statutory accounts, and consolidated reporting preparations.
  6. Establish budgetary controls and forecasting strategies, providing comprehensive reports on profit and loss, including sales and expense analysis.
  7. Calculate, track, and generate reports on key performance indicators for the business.
  8. Implement risk management and credit control measures, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations.
  9. Collaborate with headquarters for the implementation of global policies and management systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience working with international teams.
  2. Knowledgeable in German accounting standards.
  3. Minimum of three years in a managerial role.
  4. Hands-on management style is essential.
  5. Proficient in financial and inventory management systems, particularly Sage Accounts is preferred.
  6. Fluent in English; basic proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
