We specialize in optical and optoelectronic products used across various medical fields. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service contract renewals.
Your Responsibilities:- Contact clients to discuss and facilitate the renewal of service contracts.
- Track and monitor contract renewal rates, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract data.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Previous experience in sales would be an asset but is not essential.
