Your Missions

We are seeking experienced engineers to join our IT teams in the field of Insurance.

The Insurance activity within the Group is significant and diverse, encompassing various sectors such as automobile, habitation, health, leisure, and international markets (Spain, Belgium, etc.).

To support these activities, we develop innovative tools for our clients on the Internet and mobile applications.

We create simple and effective solutions for the thousands of customer service representatives at Crédit Mutuel, CIC, Targobank, and provide robust tools for Insurance Managers at Crédit Mutuel (ACM).

Although most tools are developed in-house, some specific needs require the integration of external software into our information system.

To achieve this, you will:

• Understand the functional needs expressed by ACM managers, in collaboration with the IT department and users.
• Analyze the technical aspects of the software, in collaboration with the systems and network teams.
• Analyze the security aspects of the software and external providers, in collaboration with the EI-Security team.
• Provide an opinion on the integration of the software into our information system.
• Support IT teams in the Insurance department during software installation and version updates.
• Support IT teams in the Insurance department for user support on these software applications.

You will receive regular training to support you in your role.

What We'll Appreciate in You

You hold a higher education degree in computer science (engineer, Master's in computer science, MIAGE) and have ideally gained successful experience.

You enjoy working in a favorable work environment with a good atmosphere.

You possess strong communication skills, a sense of service, and teamwork abilities.

You have good analytical skills and a good synthesis spirit. You are curious, imaginative, resourceful, and a force for proposal.

You are not afraid of interacting with users, external providers, support platforms, and possibly English-speaking individuals via email or phone.

You have knowledge of 3-tier architecture principles, client-server architecture, and notions of networking, proxy, and virtualization.

Mastery of Cobol and C# languages would be an asset.
