Le stage de Business Analyst (H/F) au sein de Air Liquide Services Partagés (ALSP) offre l'opportunité de développer ses compétences en RH et de contribuer à l'amélioration des processus métier. En tant que stagiaire, vous serez en charge de recueillir et d'analyser les besoins des équipes RH, de développer des indicateurs opérationnels et de proposer des solutions adaptées.
Missions
- Recueillir et appréhender les besoins via des échanges avec les managers, les superviseurs et certains partenaires RH.
- Prise en main des outils SIRH (SNOW, Workday, CITI) en vue d'en extraire la data.
- Étudier la qualité de la donnée sur sa complétion et sa cohérence.
- Produire des dashboards pour le BSC (opérationnels et stratégiques).
- Optimiser les outils des équipes (Google Sheet, Google Apps Script..).
- Proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins (CODIR, COMEX, réunion managériale).
- Communiquer vos résultats.
- Participer à la vie de l'équipe.
Compétences requises
- Maîtrise d'Excel ou Google Sheets.
- Appétence pour la Gestion de projet IT.
- Appétence pour la Mise en forme et communication des résultats.
- Connaissance d'un outil de Data Visualisation appréciée (PowerBI, Tableau, Periscope, Qlick).
- Connaissances élémentaires en statistiques appréciées.
- Connaissance en programmation appréciée (macros).
- Connaissance de Google Apps Script appréciée.
