The Senior Financial Manager will report directly to the Finance & Administration Director, assisting in the guidance of economic performance and competitive positioning:
- Ensuring the precision and completeness of the company's financial metrics while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Providing support and counsel to operational teams, including training and raising awareness of key challenges.
- Leading global initiatives aimed at optimizing the performance of Unity Semiconductor SAS.
- Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial management control within a comparable setting (industrial SME/ETI).
- Familiarity with one or more ERP systems (experience with Aprodix and Power BI is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues.
- Proficient in English.
- Change agent: Capable of challenging existing practices and fostering acceptance.
- Proven track record in Financial Manager roles.
- Overseeing the monthly performance metrics of the business through financial and operational indicators.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implementing necessary changes to meet the Group's competitiveness goals within the Finance function.
- Ensuring correct utilization of the ERP system.
- Standardizing, harmonizing, and simplifying processes and tools for managing the economic performance of the plant, in collaboration with other industrial sites.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial analyses for projects and investments.
- Managing the budgeting process.
- Overseeing the establishment's forecasting.
- Participating in team activities and projects, providing support as needed.
- No travel required, with remote work options available.
