About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Electrotechnician Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the nuclear power plant industry and develop your skills in electrical engineering.
The trainee program will last for one year and will consist of a combination of theoretical and practical training. You will have the opportunity to work with our experienced teams on site and gain a deep understanding of the electrical systems and equipment used in nuclear power plants.
The program will cover a range of topics, including:
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant environments
- Electrical distribution systems
- Fire detection and suppression systems
- Electrical equipment and materials
- Site protection and security
- Electrical tracing and testing
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a strong foundation in electrical engineering, preferably with a CAP/BEP, BAC, or BAC+2 degree in a related field. We also welcome applications from individuals with relevant work experience or those looking to transition into a new career.
You should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. As this role involves travel, you should be mobile and willing to relocate to our site in Cattenom, France.
