Key Responsibilities of the Materials Management Supervisor:

  • Negotiate and procure materials from various suppliers.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the material yard while serving customers.
  • Provide technical support and advice to both clients and team members.
  • Ensure the yard is well-maintained and operational.
  • Lead a small team of 2-3 individuals.
  • Oversee daily operations and drive profitability through effective commercial strategies, product placements, merchandising, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.

Experience Required: Proven experience in a relevant field.

Essential background in the construction sector, material distribution, or DIY retail is mandatory.

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Position

Experience Level: Experienced candidates preferred.

Education Requirement: Non-Degree qualifications acceptable.
