Job Overview:
The Technical Sales Specialist for Temperature Control (TC) operates within a Pan-European team framework focused on the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in enhancing market presence and driving revenue growth for the TC product line in the South-West and Emerging Market territories.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, manage, and execute an annual 'Business Development Plan' while conducting regular assessments to evaluate progress against set objectives and targets.
2. Deliver quarterly performance reviews, including metrics and necessary corrective actions.
3. Lead sales initiatives for the TC product range, fostering revenue growth and market share expansion in designated regions.
4. Assume the role of a 'TC Sales Champion', prioritizing sales leadership over product management.
5. Enhance sales knowledge within the Channel and direct Sales teams regarding TC equipment.
6. Implement a proactive hybrid training strategy, utilizing digital tools and conducting joint field visits to promote effective learning.
7. Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement in TC sales across the region.
8. Conduct regular reviews of the sales pipeline and funnel management.
9. Generate ongoing demand through direct customer engagement, seminars, tabletop events, and workshops.
10. Assist in the preparation of public tenders.
11. Gather 'voice of the customer' insights to inform new product development.
12. Collaborate with the TSS Manager to identify and execute tactical initiatives.
13. Serve as a role model for driving change and adherence to internal processes.
14. Maintain a commitment to achieving 60% field activity.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Higher education in Life Sciences or related Technical fields.
- Proven track record in sales roles with a focus on solution selling and achieving annual targets.
- Strong leadership capabilities without direct authority, excellent influencing skills, and commercial acumen.
- Extensive experience in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
- Proficient in analyzing performance data.
- Successful in fostering inter-departmental relationships and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and sound business judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
