We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance and Risk Lead to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our IT Governance & Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance and IT risk monitoring strategies to mitigate potential risks and threats.
- Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure they are secure and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business leads to identify and assess potential regulatory and non-regulatory IT risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including CSO, DPO, and Information Risk Management teams.
- Lead IT Business Process Improvement initiatives to enhance internal processes and reduce risk.
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex IT risks in simple business terms.
- Recognized certification in Information Security, such as CISM, CISSP, or CRISC, is a plus.
