Responsibilities

As part of the Controlling department, Ekinops aims to enhance its financial team with a Central Financial Controller.

This role provides a comprehensive perspective of the organization through the following responsibilities:

  • Business Controlling:
    • Act as a business partner for operational departments, including monitoring expenses, investments, and recruitment.
    • Lead the budgeting and reforecasting processes.
    • Collaborate closely with operations to evaluate sales performance.
    • Oversee the distribution cycle in S/4 Hana.
  • Financial Controlling:
    • Monitor financial figures and statements for our subsidiaries.
    • Conduct statutory consolidation for 11 subsidiaries while adhering to IFRS standards.
    • Ensure compliance with Group processes across subsidiaries.
    • Participate in monthly closing and group reporting activities.
    • Review and strengthen our internal control systems.

Engage in the restructuring of our IT systems, including the implementation of a new ERP (S/4 Hana) and EPM (SAC).

Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance (BAC +4/5).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an auditor or financial controller.
  • Strong understanding of controlling and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English are essential.
