Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel facilities and equipment. You will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, from routine inspections to complex repairs, while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code guidelines.
- Participate in daily team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of hotel areas, identifying potential issues and documenting findings.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Perform repairs and installations on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting.
- Ensure the safe operation of all equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
Qualifications
