About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Marketing Assistant to join our team at DentalMonitoring, a leading MedTech scale-up in the fast-growing medical field of orthodontic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the global marketing manager and other key stakeholders to implement the marketing strategy for our innovative SAAS platform.
  • Understand the company brand, products, and customers to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation in the orthodontic space.
  • Organize and interpret market research to inform marketing decisions.
  • Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing and sales teams to achieve common goals.
  • Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents, including marketing materials and reports.
  • Create marketing materials such as email templates and presentations to promote our solutions.
  • Upload supporting documents to our regional distribution platforms.
  • Develop reports related to ongoing projects to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain an organized marketing assets database to ensure efficient access to marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in French. Other languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently to achieve goals.
  • Competency in Google Suite: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in administration or as a sales and marketing assistant is a plus.
