This organization has established itself as a frontrunner in the Fitness and Wellness Services sector for over six years, partnering with entities across more than 40 nations.
Currently, they are experiencing a thrilling growth phase following a substantial funding round and are eager to recruit a leader to enhance their technology team.
As the Principal FullStack Developer, you will operate in an independent capacity, overseeing the platform's development while also guiding junior developers, with plans to expand the team in the foreseeable future.
Your role will encompass a blend of frontend and backend projects, utilizing technologies such as Python, Django, and Typescript.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a group of developers, serving as the authority on coding standards and best practices.
- Engaging in both frontend and backend development with an even distribution.
- Designing, architecting, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, and Typescript, along with React experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a Senior or Lead developer role, with a focus on mentoring junior developers.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a higher qualification.
