Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multifaceted Agent to join our team at Domitys. As a key member of our residence staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning floors, windows, and dishes, as well as laundry services for residents and staff.
• Culinary Services: Assist with meal preparation, including setting tables and serving residents.
• Front Desk and Administrative Support: Provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, and assist with administrative tasks, such as mail distribution and resident support.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess a strong ability to interact with seniors, staff, and visitors in a professional and respectful manner.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Knowledge of Cleaning Products and Equipment: Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is essential for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Flexibility and Availability: Work a weekend schedule, rotating every other weekend.
