Your responsibilities will include collecting legal documentation, structuring charts, and cap tables from holding companies, as well as coordinating with our Conducting Officer in Luxembourg for monitoring and valuations. You will also collaborate with the Fund Finance teams to prepare quarterly valuations and carry out operational monitoring of new entities. Additionally, you will coordinate with the deals team ahead of closing, ensure that boards are maintained, and participate in the boards of all Luxembourg entities. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining daily operations relating to entities, including LTIP, pref shares, capital increase, dilution, and cash monitoring.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, Private Equity, or Financial Services in a similar position
* Strong accounting and financial skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Fluency in English, also ideally in French
