La Compagnie des Familles is a leading childcare agency dedicated to providing peace of mind for working parents. We serve the Angoulême and Cognac areas, striving to support active parents in balancing their careers and family life.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced In-Home Childcare Provider to join our team. As an integral part of our agency, you will play a vital role in nurturing the development and well-being of children within their own homes.
Your Responsibilities:- Educational Support: Accompany children to daycare, school, or extracurricular activities as instructed by parents. Create a conducive environment for homework completion, providing assistance and monitoring lessons.
- Playful Engagement: Foster the child's psychomotor development through age-appropriate games, activities, and outdoor outings with parental consent.
- Nutritional Guidance: Prepare and assist with meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner) adhering to nutritional guidelines provided by parents.
- Personal Care: Provide baths or showers, assist with dressing/undressing, and ensure safety during bathing procedures as per parental instructions.
- Home Environment: Maintain a clean and tidy living space by assisting with dishes after meals and organizing toys.
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred.
- A strong work ethic characterized by punctuality, reliability, discretion, respect for families' privacy, adaptability, and adherence to instructions.
- A genuine desire to meet the needs of children and be available when required.
- Seeking additional income, summer employment, a student or part-time opportunity.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are advantageous for accompanying children (participation in transportation expenses may apply).
