Job Summary
Viaposte is seeking an experienced Industrial Team Lead to join our team. As an Industrial Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance technicians
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure team performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in GMAO software and technical documentation
