Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Enedis as an Electrical Affairs Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical affairs projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of our distribution network, including the design and construction of new networks and the upgrade of existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, allocate resources, and manage risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, and contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or utility sector.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, including knowledge of distribution networks, transmission systems, and smart grid technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize issues, and develop effective solutions.
