About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving and monitoring production
  • Performing first-level maintenance at the workstation (cleaning, organizing, greasing, draining, etc.)
  • Verifying the conformity of the produced parts
  • Creating machine programs
  • Following the manufacturing documents with the parts, respecting the defined production operations sequence
  • Recording and identifying manufacturing tools and storing them
  • Maintaining manufacturing tools and control equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a background in machining techniques or mechanical production, with significant experience in a similar position. Knowledge of industrial processes, tools, equipment, and material characteristics is essential. You must also have skills in reading plans, setting up manufacturing programs on CNC machines, developing machining sequences, conducting quality controls, performing first-level maintenance, adhering to safety rules, and being meticulous, rigorous, and autonomous.
