Job Title: ERP and Back-Office Applications Manager

Host Broadcast Services is seeking an experienced ERP and Back-Office Applications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Platforms and Solutions department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our ERP system and low-code/no-code solutions align with our business requirements.

Job Summary

The ERP and Back-Office Applications Manager will play a critical role in identifying business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and will lead the functional analysis, identify options, and support decision-making. You will ensure that our portfolio of solutions is designed, developed, tested, implemented, maintained, documented, and evolves according to the needs of our company and end-users, as well as industry standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop HBS ERP and back-office applications, including leading the implementation and configuration of ERP systems to meet business requirements, designing and implementing integrations between ERP systems and other business applications, and developing and maintaining ERP system policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Oversee user training and support to ensure effective utilisation of ERP systems, ensure smooth transition from project to sustaining post-implementation, and manage editors and vendors to ensure service delivery with the quality and timeliness expected.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with ERP trends and best practices to recommend system enhancements, manage relationships with ERP vendors and other technology partners, and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in ERP projects with proven success in a management position for a full ERP deployment in a middle-size company.
  • Strong analytical skills and process design/functional specifications, project management skills: Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies, and proficient in various technologies and tools, such as MS Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, SQL, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Low/No code approach.
