As a key member of the Accor team, the Cluster Director of Marketing Communications will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing plans to support business objectives, including advertising, direct marketing, online marketing, and events planning.
- Manage the marketing team to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including business associates, sponsors, and guests.
- Represent the company at internal and external functions and events.
- Ensure all marketing efforts provide optimum profit returns and enhance the company's reputation.
- Enhance the competence and efficiency skills of the marketing team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum two-four years of work experience as Director or Manager related to Marketing Communication, Social & Media, Public Relations/Events in hotel or tourism industry.
- Relevant strong experience in Marketing Communication and PR management.
- Knowledge of current marketing developments/trend in area of expertise.
- Ability to interpret, adapt and apply marketing guidelines and procedures.
- Knowledge of business practices and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
