About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Software Engineer to join our functional verification team at Arm Limited. As a Graduate Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for developing advanced verification infrastructures to validate the accurate functional behaviors of our CPUs under development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing golden functional reference models of the unit under test, functional models of the surrounding units, and necessary tools such as stimuli generators and functional checkers.
  • Integrating with our project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize verification requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining verification plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Experience with Unix development environments.
  • Proficiency in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Python, bash, etc.).
  • Good English interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of hardware description or verification languages and methodologies (Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, PSL, UVM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CPU microarchitecture.
  • Knowledge/experience in Embedded Software and/or Operating Systems.
