Position Summary
In the role of Electrical Team Supervisor, you will oversee operations at various industrial client sites, ensuring that projects are executed successfully and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of electrical installers and technicians on-site (including SOTEB personnel and temporary staff)
- Implementing and upholding safety protocols as per SOTEB and client standards
- Coordinating resources necessary for the completion of assigned tasks
- Ensuring project milestones are met in collaboration with the project manager or site manager
- Managing additional work requests from clients in conjunction with your supervisor
- Providing regular updates on your activities to your supervisor
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrotechnics, Automation) at a level ranging from CAP/BEP to BAC+2, along with a minimum of four years of experience in managing industrial projects. A solid foundation in Electrotechnics and HT-BT is essential, along with prior experience in an industrial setting. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role. While primarily based at our Wittenheim site, travel to various client locations within the Alsace region may be required. The compensation package includes a fixed salary, a variable component (profit sharing/participation), and additional benefits such as daily allowances, employee perks, health insurance, and welfare support.
