Position Overview

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee accounts payable processes (invoice entry, payments, supplier follow-ups) for three distinct entities;
  • Conduct bank entries and reconciliations for the three entities;
  • Assist in quarterly and annual financial closings: Supplier cycle closing activities (CCA, FNP, third-party account analysis); Support payroll, fixed assets, and VAT reconciliations; Manage intercompany flow reconciliations;
  • Maintain the financial records of an entity up to the preparation of financial statements;

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

  • Familiarity with SAP Business One and Cegid is a plus;
  • Experience with ERP migrations;
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and independence;
  • Team-oriented, customer service-focused, and committed to fulfilling obligations;

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

  • Permanent contract (CDI);
  • Location: Saint-Herblain;
  • RTT (compensatory time off);
