Your Impact
Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead the team to achieve and exceed store sales objectives while monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
- Cultivate a customer-centric culture within the store, demonstrating selling techniques through authentic interactions for the team to replicate.
- Attract, recruit, and onboard diverse, high-quality talent while maintaining a robust succession plan.
- Provide direct coaching, constructive feedback, training, and oversight to associates.
- Communicate clearly and set expectations for customer engagement, store policies, and team development.
- Manage expenses effectively to enhance sales and profitability, fostering a productive environment by equipping the team with the necessary skills to meet sales and customer engagement goals.
Qualifications for Success
What you bring:
- 3-5+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to meet business needs, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to drive results through effective team leadership.
