As a CVC Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing projects focused on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all tasks are executed within the established timelines, budgets, and adhere to quality and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Preparation:
    • Review and interpret plans and technical specifications.
    • Engage in project initiation meetings.
    • Develop project timelines and allocate resources effectively.
  • Work Oversight:
    • Coordinate and manage on-site teams.
    • Track progress and modify schedules as required.
    • Enforce safety protocols on-site.
    • Ensure the quality of work meets established standards.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Prepare and maintain site documentation.
    • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
    • Facilitate communication among stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Foster effective communication with clients.
    • Address client inquiries and site-related requests.

Qualifications:
