Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and planning the system architecture landscape for our gaming platform. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop architecture roadmaps for our distributed, highly loaded gaming platform
- Produce technical solutions to address business needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align implementation concepts across multiple domains
- Identify and establish SDLC and engineering best practices and guidelines
- Collaborate with DevOps and System engineers to provide stable, scalable, and cost-effective on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
- Organize and lead an architecture board to drive decision-making on platform architecture
- Support and consult with Portfolio and Delivery Management on corporate portfolio planning
- Proven experience working as a Software or System Architect for at least 3 years
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, software design, and web-based system concepts from front-end to back-end and IT infrastructure
- Experience working with actor-based systems, NoSQL databases, and container orchestration platforms
- Strong business and analytical thinking skills
- End-to-end thinking from business processes to supporting technologies
- Excellent social skills, including moderating meetings, giving presentations, and consulting in a structured manner
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, German is a plus
