Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Néosoft, a leading digital transformation consulting firm with over 1800 employees, is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Paris-based team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving our hiring process and promoting our company culture to top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pilot the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Promote Néosoft's brand and values to potential candidates through various channels, including job fairs and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify and attract top talent in the IT industry.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the IT job market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
