Eco Sustainability Coordinator

We are seeking an Environmental Manager to oversee environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives for a landmark energy infrastructure modernization project in Corsica.

• Ensure environmental activities align with company HSE policies.
• Develop and monitor the Environmental Management Plan and associated procedures.
• Liaise with local and national regulatory bodies on permitting and compliance matters.
• Coordinate waste management according to local regulations and project policies.
• Investigate environmental incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop programs for continuous environmental performance improvement.
• Provide environmental training to emergency response teams, including oil spill preparedness.
• Support the construction team with environmental monitoring and best practices.

To excel in this role, candidates must have:

• Fluency in French (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English.
• A recognized qualification in Environmental Management (e.g., IEMA, ISO 14001).
• At least 8 years of experience in the oil and energy industry, including 5 years in an environmental coordination role.
• Familiarity with environmental permitting processes and incident analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills.
• Proficiency in business software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
