Your Responsibilities
As a member of our Medical Department, you will work closely with a Scientific/Copy Director.
After undergoing training in our methodologies, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in comprehensive analyses of peer-reviewed scientific literature across various therapeutic areas.
- Developing and writing medical and scientific communication materials for both print and digital platforms (including sales aids, websites, patient information leaflets, and presentations) across promotional, non-promotional, and educational contexts.
- Ensuring the scientific integrity and quality of documents, and with experience, their compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with the creative team to enhance visual storytelling when necessary.
- Participating in client meetings and occasionally presenting your work.
You will serve as the primary medical contact for your assigned projects, providing guidance on relevant medical and scientific matters as appropriate.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We have a few criteria in mind:
- An updated CV.
- An advanced degree (Master's, MSc, or PhD) in biology, pharmacy, or medicine; a specialization in marketing and communication is a plus.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or scientific communication.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Receptive to feedback on writing and work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Native or fluent English (C2 level required).
- Basic to intermediate French (B1/B2) is preferred.
