About the Role:
As a Mental Health Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care unit. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage human resources and workload to optimize patient care delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality improvement initiatives and participate in risk management strategies to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Patient Care Coordination: Oversee patient care pathways, ensuring seamless transitions between different stages of treatment.

Qualifications:
