Job Summary
As a Stockroom Operations Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our stockroom operations. You will be responsible for reviewing sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth, working closely with the Stock Manager or Store Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through efficient replenishment and stockroom organization
- Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards
- Ensure products are well-displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stockroom
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Provide shop floor support to the team to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements

- Relevant stock operation experience and knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change
