We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients operationalize sustainability at pace and scale.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainability strategies for clients, focusing on Scope 3 engagement, GHG accounting, deforestation regulation compliance, and CBAM methodology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality services and meet commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and services in support of ERM's purpose and commercial objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure expertise and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and services, leveraging ERM's digital network and project delivery capabilities.
- Higher education in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or environmental sciences.
- At least 6 months of experience in sustainability, with a strong understanding of climate and sustainability topics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
