Job Opportunity

Thematics Asset Management, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its ESG team. As an ESG Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the team's daily tasks and ongoing projects, working closely with ESG and Climate specialists to develop and enhance responsible investment policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ESG team in its daily tasks and ongoing projects
  • Work closely with ESG and Climate specialists in RI policy developments and enhancements
  • Provide key support in company ESG engagements – analysis, engaging, monitoring, and tracking
  • Regularly carry out data analysis for reporting and disclosure, as well as for portfolio risk analysis
  • Participate in the development of ESG-specific content for clients and marketing
  • Provide support to Portfolio Managers on ESG-specific research
  • Help generate ESG thought leadership content

Requirements

Candidate profile: post-graduate students, preferably with a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or finance with specialism in environmental or social economics. Preferably with internship experience in ESG or sustainability research. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and interest in data analytics. Skills or strong interest in design and digital marketing a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to work in high-pressure, multi-cultural environment.

Strong interest in sustainable investing, independence, excellent writing abilities, and some Excel and data analytics skills will be real assets to succeed in this role. The successful candidate must demonstrate dynamism, eagerness to learn, and a can-do attitude. The candidate must show team spirit, resilience, and a passion for delivering results.
