In Extenso is a leading software development company seeking a highly motivated Project Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As part of our consulting division, you will play a crucial role in delivering and supporting the UNIVERSEM software suite, focusing on Operational Management and Project Management tools.

We offer comprehensive solutions for various business needs, including Operational Management, Project Management, billing, accounting, Property Management, and Lease Management. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients leverage these powerful tools to optimize their operations and achieve their goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of IT projects for diverse clientele, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Configure UNIVERSEM software, particularly Operational Management and Project Management modules, to meet specific client requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, empowering them to utilize the software effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D teams to contribute valuable insights and propose enhancements for existing applications and new development initiatives.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in operations management and construction, coupled with a strong interest in IT and management software. Excellent communication skills are essential for delivering effective training and building strong client relationships.

  • Demonstrated experience in operations management and construction projects.
  • Passionate about IT solutions and their application in business processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
