We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team at Thales, a leading technology company. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and analyzing the data needs of our clients, working closely with them to identify opportunities for improvement and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and understand the data needs of clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and develop business cases for data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and data scientists, to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Estimate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering and software development.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization.
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and OpenSearch.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
