Your MissionAs a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing compelling design strategies that elevate our clients' brands. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and team members to ensure seamless project execution and deliver exceptional creative outcomes.
Your Responsibilities- Develop innovative and strategic design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities.
- Execute high-quality design solutions across various mediums, including print, digital, and branding collateral.
- Present your creative vision and rationale effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced designer with a passion for brand building. You possess:
- 7+ years of experience in a design agency or similar environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding, visual communication, and design strategy.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual fluency in English is essential.
