We are currently in search of a skilled Project Manager/Assistant à la Maitrise d'Ouvrage (AMO) to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee significant projects along the coastline.
- Supervise all phases of construction oversight until project completion:
- Act as the primary project manager for the client;
- Track project timelines;
- Facilitate and organize meetings;
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including architects, engineering firms, contractors, and specialists;
- Manage financial tracking and project budgets;
- Ensure adherence to quality standards;
- Engage with project stakeholders;
- Monitor construction progress on behalf of the client, manage changes, and oversee contract administration;
- Coordinate the handover of projects;
- Ensure compliance with administrative regulations;
- Maintain relationships with local governing bodies;
- Assess project risks and opportunities, and develop a risk management strategy;
- Provide comprehensive reporting to clients.
Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in project management, architecture, or engineering;
- A collaborative team-oriented individual;
- Experience in an international setting (professional proficiency in English is essential);
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of high-end project demands;
- Curious, self-sufficient, dynamic, and proactive;
- Organized and methodical.
