Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Sales Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Paris. As a key player in our EMEA operations, you'll be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for Sales teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates.
What You'll Be Doing:- Coordinate recruitment efforts for Sales roles, maintaining the highest standards and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Act as a recruitment best practices advocate and coach, driving excellence in our hiring processes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of our overall sourcing and recruitment strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales teams, hiring managers, and senior management.
- Promote Lightspeed as a premier destination for top talent, showcasing our unique culture and opportunities.
We're seeking a seasoned recruitment professional with a proven track record in high-volume sales recruitment, ideally with experience hiring AEs, AMs, SDRs, and Field Reps. You'll need to be fluent in French or Dutch and English, with a strong talent network and a reputation for exceptional candidate generation.
