Process Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Process Coordinator to join our team at HM CLAUSE. As a key member of our Services Techniques Supports de l'Usine department, you will play a crucial role in animating and evolving our local Quality System to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and resolve quality issues using our ELITE program for continuous improvement (QRQC)
- Participate in external audits and assist in maintaining our certifications (ECOCERT, NAL, GSPP, ISTA) and track associated action plans
- Manage and coordinate various requests for derogations expressed at the factory
- Develop and track factory control plans applied to seeds
- Provide internal support on various processes to develop good practices and their improvements within teams (GEMBA WALKS)
- Implement new industrial processes, train operators, and write new standards
- Lead group projects to improve the efficiency of our processes
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Agronomy, Quality, or Biology, or significant experience in Quality/Industrialization. You should have a strong interest in animating teams daily and contributing to the development of our Quality System within the factory.
You should be dynamic, enjoy interacting with operators, and be recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills. You should be a problem-solver, methodical, rigorous, and organized, and willing to invest in our Quality/Process team.
