L-ACOUSTICS SAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Manager to join our dynamic IT & Digital team.
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of various development projects across our global organization. This includes collaborating with business process owners and other IT teams to ensure seamless project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
Your Responsibilities- Project Management Excellence: Independently manage a diverse portfolio of application projects, encompassing all phases from initiation to completion. Lead and facilitate framing, analysis, and design workshops to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solution and its lifecycle management. Provide expert guidance on Finance, Purchasing, Sales functions within the platform.
- Business Alignment: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable functionalities for the technical team. Assist in defining requirements and developing detailed specifications.
- Team Leadership & Communication: Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to schedules and deliverables. Effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Documentation & Support: Guarantee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation. Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Master's degree in a relevant field (engineering school or university) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly within supply chain and finance modules (WMS, TMS, procurement).
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
