Afpa is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Assistant de Formation to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and growth of our centers.

The Assistant de Formation is a unique role that combines the responsibilities of an assistant technician, commercial assistant, sourcing-recruitment assistant, and management assistant. Your primary objective will be to recognize and exercise a single profession that encompasses all support activities related to training, with the ultimate goal of improving client satisfaction.

This role may have different hierarchical attachments depending on the needs of the organization:

  • Rattachement auprès du Responsable Gestion et Services dans un centre de formation
  • Rattachement auprès du Directeur Régional du Développement, si la mission de l'assistant formation est prioritairement commerciale et sous réserve que son action porte sur l'ensemble de la région.

In any case, the missions of the Assistant de Formation will be exercised in close and permanent collaboration with the Responsable Formation and the Responsable de l'accompagnement des parcours. It is the responsibility of the hierarchical manager to manage the distribution of tasks and the workload associated with them.

This function includes three main missions that can be exercised separately:

The Assistant de Formation contributes to the production and development of activity, promoting access to all services of the center and maintaining students in training, through administrative and proximity management and follow-up.

As such, he/she may conduct each of the three main missions separately:

1. Assistant de Formation in charge of administrative management (AFG: Assistant de Formation Gestion): In this capacity, he/she manages the administrative aspects of beneficiaries of services and students in training. To do this, he/she:

  • Ensures all administrative management acts for beneficiaries of services and training: from registration and convocation to the end of their course

Prepares and manages:

  • Entries into courses and training (pre-arrival and arrival, constitution of administrative files)
  • Follow-up of courses or training (collection and transmission of justifications, consideration of contingencies)
  • Exits (transmission of supporting documents to students)
  • Ensures the traceability of activity (registration in internal and external SI and corresponding reporting)
  • Contributes to the constitution of juries, their convocation, and ensures the follow-up for their remuneration
2. Assistant de Formation in charge of student recruitment and access to center services (AFR: Assistant de Formation Recrutement): In this capacity, he/she:
  • Welcomes, in connection with his/her activities, the public and partners;
  • Responds to their requests by providing initial information and, if necessary, indicating the contact or the procedure to follow internally or externally, to complete their procedures;
  • Provides information and assists the public in their choice of training, their rights to training, and their needs for services (directly, phone contacts, email…);
  • Participates in the planning and implementation of recruitment actions;
  • Animates collective information sessions;
  • Carries out promotional actions for the offer and searches for candidates to optimize the occupation of training places and devices;
  • Participates in trade shows, open days, and sourcing recruitment operations.

3. Assistant de Formation in charge of product commercialization (AFC: Assistant de Formation Commercial(e)): In this capacity, he/she participates in the development of the center or its sector of intervention; he/she:

  • Manages a client file, sends mailings, promotes the qualification and transformation of contacts into clients, realizes sales (CPF, AIF…);
  • Orients clients or prospects towards commercial teams according to their requests;
  • Constitutes training files, establishes a training calendar within the framework of a financing file or a CPF;
  • Advises and assists the public in constituting a financing file;
  • Implements co-financing, establishes invoices and conventions in internal and external SI.

Internal: Possess the necessary skills or aptitudes to exercise this function

External: Level 5


° External: and administrative and/or commercial experience of at least 3 years in the sectors of training and/or professional insertion
